I m 28 yr old. I have 1.5L and 1.25R spherical lens but my eyes 6/6. My lens no r continue increasing. Please suggest what should I do for improve eyesight. My eyes hv red maximum time

a variation  of .25 number does not indicate any abnormality  .if you have asecond opinion  it might be , that you find no appreciable  differenc between the two.ie past and present.sometimes  if .2t number is increased  you  feel more bright  and consider it a number  increase  where as increased brightness  is not advisable
