Objects are gonna a blur from a far distance .It's hard to read any things from a far distance.Please tell me to cure it completely without wearing a glass.

First u need to check out if it’s due to spectacle power correction . U can go to the local optician and check if the vision is restored with glasses in case of doubts visit your eve doctor
