Hello Her symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
