My mother is having eye floaters . She is frequently seeing black thread in front of her eyes. She is having high blood pressure. She is having osteoporosis even.

At this age this type of complaints is very common  because incidence of post vitreous detachment is very common after 50 yrs, you should consult retina specialist & if there is no retinal pathology , you should try to ignore it, vitreous floaters is usually due to vitreous liquification or degeneration.
