Need suture

With fine suture,can be approximated with minimal suturing..may take 2 or 3 stitches No need of plastic surgeon in my opinion Good approximation is enough in young healthy individuals as healing will be good,face is much vascular and easily get healed No bit of tissue is missing so scar Wil not be test ugly..hair follicle count appreciable and so no issue with simple intermittent sutures with 4-0 or 5-0 proline

She definitely needs stitches as wound is deep and will not heal properly without stitches. Plastic surgery is for cosmetic benefit and it can be done by surgeon with correct suturing technique for this wound.
