I HAVE BIG EYEBAGS. I want it at least to be lessen. And I have dry eyes, I'm using artificial tears for treatment. How can I get rid of this eyebags? Is it really true that if you put a cold spoon, it will help me to lessen my eyebags? What are the useful ways to get rid of this? Can you help me? Please answer me specifically. Thank you.
