Hello Sir , Hi I am 27 years old and working as software engineer since last 5 years . As attachment previously I had tested my eye almost before 2.5 years & was having power in white sheet . I was rarely using specs . Recently I felt that having problems in vision n went to lenskart and found that having the powers as in bigger papers as attached. I want to know the followings ...Is it possible to regain the eye vision with medicine n eye exercises ,if yes please describe ...Is it mandatory to wear glasses every time or it will hamper . ... kindly advise what the does and don't Regards Aftab
