Sir my eye vision is in Right eye-0. 5 left eye-0. 25 Can i take code liver oil? How many tables of seacod liver oil take. Daily? Is it ok to take 3 tablets daily?

Hi Your vision is good,  hardly any number. At your age, I dont like to give my supplements if eating habits are good . Still, you want to take , you can take 1 or 2 capsules daily , but better to do all parameters like vitamins,  lipids etc   if u want to continue taking .
