My right eye got red from few days & it is painful & i am having itching in the eye. the eye is swelling. please guide me

Hello This suggests allergy eye disease 1. Avoid rubbing eyes 2. Cold compresses 3. Use mild antiallergic eyedrop like olopat twice daily 4. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily 5. Use mild steroid in pulse dose in severe allergy

Mostly it looks like you are having eye flue. So it is better to see an ophthalmologist.

Is it associated with discharge or blurring of vision? If yes then it could be infective conjunctivitis. You need to instill Milflox eye drops 4-6 times in a day with Neosporin EYE ointment at night. Consult ophthalmologist if it doesn't improve after 3-4days.
