I have suffer from eye redness and itching in my eyes from 2day.i have pain in my eyes with redness.

Seems to be conjunctivitis not sure whether it's allergic or infectious. If you have no discharge or eyelashes sticking to each other when you wake up in the morning and have only the symptoms you mentioned, then use Kitmox-LD eye drops thrice daily along with olopatadine eye drops three times daily. If you have discharge then use Moxicip eye drops 4 times a day along with lubricants and moxicip eye ointment twice daily.

If no improvement seen in 3 days plz consult an ophthalmologist.
