Eye redness today plz tell what could be the reason it happened today only Name-sonika Age-25 Normal vision

Hi, It could be due to excessive rubbing of eye /due to allergy/ due to infection. Please use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times aday for 1 week. If still no improvement,  please consult ophthalmologist.
