This seems to be like allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye. Use olopatadine eye drops three times daily and lubricant eye drops three times daily and Kitmox-LD eye drops thrice daily for 5 days and then taper the eye drops. Avoid dust and pollution as much as you can. Wear protective goggles. If no response in 5 days you must see an ophthalmologist.
