Eye pushed outward

My eye has been pushed outward. Is there a way to push this back in? If so, how? This all occurred solely because I got trauma to the eye. Please, I could really use some help here,

Forward or outward ,forward means proptosis ,outwards means divergent squint ,please share your photos.
