Eye pulse & headache

For about the last month I've been feeling a constant pulse behind my left eye. I thought nothing of it, but I few days ago I could see it in the mirror. I also have headaches from time to time, down the left side of my face. The pulse is constant, but the headaches are prehaps once every 2 days. I do not suffer from anxiety,sleep 8 hours a night.X

If headache is constant and u see pulsating thing constantly you should see an ophthalmologist because it can be temporal arteritis which needs attention.
