Hello A. If the pressure is 22 with medicine then it is borderline IOP B. IOP is not the only factor for diagnosis or management C. Kindly provide his case reports most important his field test reports, his pachymetry and OCT report if available D. These test reports will help me in deciding if this pressure is okay or we need to bring it down further Regards
