Since yesterday morning feeling as if there is sand in the eyes. Tried rinsing with water. Only marginal relief.

Hello... You wash your eyes with clean water ... It will go if it's a foreign body , tear secretion removes impacted dirt from the eye ....take help of others to remove foreign body.... Some times person feels foreign body sensation in allergic conductivities ,for that you should consult opthalmologist.
