Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses Lasik is only option to get rid of glasses

When we talk of eye power correction, it can be either helped with glasses, contact lenses, or some form of surgical procedure. No medicine can cure it once it's formed. Some medicines are still under trial to prevent it in future generations but their success is still questionable.
