Yes keratoconus can be successfully treated. A progressive keratoconus usually requires collagen cross linking with riboflavin (C3R)(if adequate corneal thickness if available) to stop it from progressing further. Visual rehabilitation includes glasses , specialised contact lenses , icl , intacs or keratoplasty depending upon the state of the cornea.
