I'm facing headache from last 2 months and can't see clearly far objects. It happens many times but settle down after 5-6 days but this it's been more than 2 months. I use mobile and laptop late night. Please advice.

Hello....i think u have refractive error with computer vision syndrome... for refractive error...consult eye specilist and get eye sight checked....for computer vision syndrome...take breaks for 10 min after every 2 hrs of laptop use...blink a lot...do cold compresses...use antiglare glasses while using laptop...and uae good quality lubricating eyedrop
