I have one considerable sized vitreous eye floater in right eye. No any retinal pathology as examined by opthalmologist. My Vision is normal in each eye & age 25. I somewhat learn to ignore them. My question is
With time this vitreous floater would fade really in density or in size over time?
Floaters are shadows cast by strands & cells within the vitreous jelly. They maybe troublesome initially but with time as you learn to ignore them, they fade away. At times they may signal a more ominous problem like bleeding or inflammation.

If you also have flashes then avoid strenuous exercises
