Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of stye Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C use systemic antibiotic Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of his eye so that I may guide you better Regards
