Eye problem

Had severe headache for 2-3 days, then he lost vision of one eye, later vision had come back but he sees 2 things with one eye and reduced vision of 2nd eye he can move his eyeball vertically but not horizontally.We consulted with 2 opthals, one suggested angiography operation and 2nd tld his eye is paralysed. Confused

Hello...cause of decreased vision followed by diplopia suggests problem in brain followed by paralysis of ur sixth nerve... I suggest MRI brain ...Fasting blood sugar level..BP...serum lipid profile .....regarding sixth nerve palsy (cause of double vision) will resolve on its own within 6 months in majority of cases.....can u forward me reports of both ophthalmologist so that i can see their findings
