Eye pain when i am reading or see phone
Ihave an eye pain i am also suffering from migraine during reading i can see to books only 1hur then my eyesget tiered when i close eyes i feel relax so it is due to migraine or any other cause same thing for tv or phone

these symptoms are suggestive of a term kn as computer vision syndrome. as a result you develop dryness. and when you put strain on your already dried eyes your migraine gets precipitated.
please get your eyes testing done and put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids.

follow 20. 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. avoid unnecessary use of mobile, tv.and laptop. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. don't sit facing towards A.C..
