First thing check your eye power. Uncorrected eye power can cause this much of a problem,that you had to avoid screen altogether.
Next ,use a lubricant eye drop(refresh tears ,ontears etc) four times a day. For both eyes.
Keep your laptop in well lit place, at eye level, and after every half an hour of your classes ,take a break of 2 minutes and close your eyes.
Keep cool compresses using cucumber slices or ice packs at the end of the day.
