Hi, My friend is facing eye problem from many days. He has pain in eyes, soreness, fatigue, constant feeling of weakness. He has to spend whole day in front of computer screen and also has spects.

Hello 1./This is computer vision syndrome 2. Use antiglare glasses 3. Blink a lot 4. Cold compresses 5 Take break after every 1 hour of work 6 Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel frequently

He must be suffering from dry eye problem. He can use lubricating eye drops. He should take rest in between his work. Do frequent eye wash and avoid AC and wind blow direct on his eyes. Hope this will help him a bit.
