U may have an uncorrected refractive error along with computer vision syndrome. Start using lubricating eye drops, opt for anti glare coating for your spectacles, take regular breaks from looking at the computer screen, dont work with the air conditioning blowing into your eyes, try to blink more during working on the laptop.
Consult an ophthalmologist to check for any refractive error also.
