What is the best vitamin a ointment for dry eyes along with lubricating eye drop? Please tell me . For permanent dryness cure.

There is no vitamin ointment for eye per se.. U hv different drops, gel, plugs etc .that eye doctor decide ..what to give to a particular patient. You can take orally Omega 3 tabs,  make sure your vit D levels  are good .
