Hello,
Make sure your retina is evaluated well and there are no tears/ holes in retina ,if present that is when we need to intervene. Understand red flag signs like sudden reduction in vision, flashes of light ,increased floaters ..in which case u need to report to an opthalmologist ASAP. Apart from that floaters will settle down with time, need not worry.
Trehalube/ loctears are lubricants ...no role in reducing floaters but used to reduce dryness in eyes. Instead u can try refreshliquigel (cmc 1%).
