I am a male 25 ears age. Swollen left eye lid...pain a outer edge.. Tried Ikold but no effect. Problem since 3 days.

I think u have internal hordeolum or sometimes called as stye.. Do hot fomentation and use gatifloxacin eye drops  6 times per day and gatifloxacin eye ointment once in night for a week...
Next Steps
Topical antibiotics and hot fomentation..  If not decreased..  Consult doctor physically
