Eye lid is getting swell

Eye lid is getting swelled frequently. I have to use eye ointment capsule and ciprofloxacin eye drop, but still no progress. Can you please suggest me like , should I visit any eye specialist? Or is it normal conjunctivitis?

Hello I think u have meibomitis Treatment 1. Hot fomentation 2. Lid massage:with index finger:from up to down :firmly 3. Apply ciplox ointment over lid margins

It could be due to recurrent blockage of the glands which secretes tears in your eyelid margins. Please check your blood sugar levels and consult an ophthalmologist.
