I am suffering from upper eye lid chalazion .it is very pain full.so kindly give me suggestions.i visit many doctors.they provide me only eye drop only.no effect on eye drop.i want to sergery of my chalazion.

In acute phase you need oral antibiotics ,no surgery

Hello As you mentioned that chalazion is painful... We usually don't operate in acute stage We can control Inflammation by A.  Warm compresses B.  Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C.  Take systemic antibiotic Once Inflammation is resolved then surgery  can be done You can share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
