I have an eye infection from last five days, red eyes and swelling in only right side eyes. Feel very itchy. Due to swelling eyes almost close and it's continued from last from last five days. Runny eye.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop frequently along with lubricating eyedrop frequently C.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
