Hello This could be due to conjunctivitis Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop frequently along with lubricating eyedrop frequently C.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards Dr. Vaibhev Mittal
