Hello This is suggestive of stye Try A.warm compresses B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic

It seems to be a stye . Please put antibiotic eye drops eg moxicip eye drops 2hrly and ocupol eye oint at bed time. And do hot foamentation. If relieved then ok ,otherwise you may have to use oral antibiotics and anti inflammatory.
