Vitreous detachment is usually asymptomatic and without much consequences. Floaters are common and usually not too bothersome unless there is some traction on retina which can lead to vitreous hemorrhage or retinal detachment. Please keep in mind that these are extremely rare consequences. Vitreous fibres donot regenerate.
Next Steps
Consult a retina specialist if you see multiple floaters or start seeing flashes of light.
