Can we use low-dex (dexamethasone-) as a general eye tonic for itchiness and burning sensation in eyes without prescription.?

No. Anyone cannot use low dexamethasone for eye tonic. It can cause lots of adverse effects if you use for more than few days without any medical advise of doctor. It can cause cataract and high eye pressure. Please don't use it without advise of your eye doctor
