My eyes are very normal but 6 years back eye tumours minor operate panunaen after right hand eye is  small .left eye is normal what can i do

Appears that you have been operated upon for a lid mass. It can result in a droopy lid due to mechanical trauma t some muscles. It can be operated upon to elevate the lid and make it look symmetrical with the other eye. A photograph will help as well as details of surgery.
