I feel there is some dust accumulated inside my eyes and I can feel it. It doesnot disturb me in any way but not want to ensure it doesnt have impact of eye sight. What is recommended cleaner for eyes?

wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids  .
