From last 2-3 days I am observing that my left eye becomes dark red.I wash my eyes 4-5 times a day with cold water but no difference is observed.it's darkness reduces for some time but returns back after a while.I try to reduce my phone usage but unable to stop it.

hello der conjunctivitis keratitis trauma should be ruled out consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
