When I am coughing with loud there are stars are appear in front of vision why this happens.and also when iam washing mouth in early morning the air is coming from eyes why

This is a normal phenomenon. May happen due to irritation of nerve endings as a result of sudden pressure changes.and rubbing the eyes with air trapped inside.
