Eye and back side head and neck pain

I started going to office from 2 days and as soon as I enter into closed environment with bright lights I get eye stress and dull pain backside of head base connecting to neck. But I feel good when I am outside. Can I do something'about it to manage this situation.

Good morning Sir! Are you having blurred vision as well? Is there any redness? What is the nature of your work? If you work long hrs on the computer you could have any of these symptoms. Please keep your back straight, and adequate distance from the computer. Also the computer should be at a lower level than your eyes.

If your vision is blurred, even otherwise as you have headache its better to get your eyesight checked. You may require glasses.
