Its been more than 30 days since I got tested negative for Covid ,but I am still experiencing extreme Weakness. My SgpT is 106 and and Sars  cov 2 antibodies are 6.42 (reactive) , I am still very concerned about weakness as After doing some normal work I feel very tired . Please help I Have attached the screenshot
