Extreme pain at sore site below nostril

I have a kind of a pimple in the junction below my right nostril and upper lip, which developed some time back, but it suddenly turned red yesterday making it painful to any kind of touch. It is preventing me from even brushing my teeth properly because of the pain and swelling. Today it is white and more painful than ever (picture attached). So could someone please help and suggest some treatment or medications which I might take? 🙏

Hii.. Its folliculitis bacterial infection... Don't touch or press... Avoid hot and spicy food Take plenty of fluids Protect from sun exposure Use fudic cream twice daily for now... Kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
