Extreme lower back pain post C-section

I delivered my baby last year via c-section. Post which, on and off I experience lower back pain. Prior to my delivery, I never had any back pain issues. Also, I need to get myself checked for Diastasis Recti since i have a bulging tummy. Which specialist should i consult?
