Hi, my girlfriend is experiencing extreme nausea, she's very dizzy, extremely fatigued, has horrible cramps, aches in arms and legs, headache/pressure in sinus, and pain where her pelvis is. Two days previously she took plan B due to a scare of a condom breaking. We aren't sure if that has anything to do with it or if this could be plan B not working and she is conceiving. We think she was ovulating the day of the incident making it even more of a scare. Could this just be a flu?
