I had EPTB In neck region last year. I took medicine for 6months from a govt hospital and I was fine after that. But Now some lumps are developed in my neck. I do not want to go to govt hosp again they are pretty careless. Should I seek an appointment with ENT specialist?

Yes. This time go for node excision biopsy (small surgery) and send for histopathological examination. Don't neglect.
