  4. External hemorrhoids. Cause any trouble?

In January I had anal fissure and I started to feel some skinny hard mass during wiping after bowel movements I thought it is a skin tag but it disappeared when fissure healed. Now again my fissure opened 1 month ago and since then I'm again feeling this skinny hard mass only during wiping after bowel movement. If it's external hemorrhoids will it cause any trouble? I don't have constipation, no straining during bowel, high fiber diet, sitz bath, and local creams. Surgeons please guide me
