I had constipation a week back and i had to forcefully push the stools out. Ever since then,  I have pain around my anus, near the tail bone. The pain is inside the skin. When i squeeze my anus or cough, i feel pain inside the anus, near the anal sphincter. Sometimes, i can feel a small lump at the skin of my anus. There is no bleeding. I do not have any pain while passing stools. Is this external hammeroid?
