I had my IUD Mirena removed about 2 months ago and I have been on my period for over 3 weeks now. My cramps are horrible, I have large clots and very heavy flow. Is this normal after IUD removal?

No, any heavy bleeding which extends for 3 weeks is not normal, you should see  Dr at the earliest to control the bleeding and rule out other causes of prolonged bleeding too.  Do A urine Pregnancy Test too
