hello.. all your paranasal sinus are normal... you just have a deviated nasal septum as in the midline of the nose is shifted to one side...this may cause symptoms like breathing difficulties through that side nostril..headache..crusting of nose ..etc...you may require septoplasty...consult an Ent surgeon
